Why are we different from the other suppliers?

We are not just spraying nozzles suppliers – we focus on the fundamentals and physics of the industrial problem and apply a systems approach to developing and designing a solution that will work for the long term.

We also ensure that by solving one problem, we do not create another problem (considering all relevant factors, interdependencies, system effects, application requirements, etc).

We have a vast  experience in the bulk material and powder handling and processing industries, and we have seen numerous “solutions” fail because a lot of suppliers do not fully understand or can quantify the problem (e.g. particle size distribution of dust, droplet size distribution, air/dust energy, mist energy, nozzle design dynamic balancing, application factors and requirements).

Extensive track record

We work with the client to ensure they are fully confident with the solution (during design, construction/installation, commissioning, and operation and after project completion). We have an extensive track record of completing such work successfully for industry.
